All of the work we’ve been doing really feels like it’s starting to pay off, and boy, we could not feel happier.
Vacwear’s first big, ambitious design, Split Trajectory, was finished yesterday, and since then, we’ve spent the day reintroducing some of the best old designs and adding some brand new ones. On top of that, we’re starting to expand beyond just T-Shirts. Now we have stickers, neck gaiters, and mugs as well. On top of that, we’ve changed the makeup of the store so that the artist-created work and the Vacwear brand merchandise are two distinct categories. When we start working with more artists, this will make it very easy for others to access their work. Hopefully, their experiences with our website will help grow their individual brands, and we truly look forward to what we make together.
Work with the bot has been progressing smoothly, but we’re still nowhere near close to implementing v.doggo. We really want to, but right now we still need our focus to be on the functionality of the previous features.
As you know, we’re a very, very small company, so most of the money we’ve made has come from friends and family.
That all stopped today.
Today, one of our designs was bought by a complete and total stranger.
Now, we at Vacwear are serious, professional types, and to commemorate this purchase, we have decided to release the following statement:
“WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH! AMAZON WHO? AMAZON WHO? SCREW YOU, JEFF BALDZOS WE’VE GOT THE BAG!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-“
There’s another 43 pages of that, but you get our point. We’re very happy.
See you soon!
